The exterior of the home feartures an ivy covered chimney. The chimney has some missing and chipped bricks that goes with the run down image of most haunted houses.

 

 The windows are old and most have cracks in them (again great for the haunted looks!)

 

 The roofing is old and weathered, rear section of house has some moss starting to grow in patches.

 

 There is a large cement block garage with an upstairs. The garage is in need of some work but makes for great images. It has a wooden lean-to added on.  

 

Also in the back yard there is a wooden storage shed (built in 2014)

 

Back yard is mostly fenced in with an old privacy fence and has some chain link to make in enclosed for  pets. 

 

The lot is an odd wedge shape and not huge, but there is plenty of yard to get some exterior scenes. 

 

Driveway easily holds 4-5 large cars/vans/ trucks...and if needed can park in the grass or plenty of on street parking in fornt of house as well. If needed larger area for big production then I am sure one of the nearby businesses, churches, or the school would allow parking
